"Worst lefty's i have ever been to. Every time i get food here they mess my order up. Its never warm nor hot. The portions on the subs are small. Employees are Always rude & if not rude, unpleasant & have zero charisma or enthusiasm. I love lefty's so much. I love The one in brighton. I love The one in livonia. This one on the other hand is by far the worst. I have had a Terrible experience 5plus times in a row. Please Get new employees who value there job & make good food & make it fresh Before you close down. I have been saying this since day one. Its Only a matter of time before this place is another failure & goes out of business. I don't want that for you at all. I Just want a good experience & good food. I keep trying time & time again in hopes they will impress me for once which by the way does not take a lot. Im a 5star review happy kind of guy. Its hard to make me leave a bad review. Get it together PLEASE. Before your business closes down. Hire GOOD EMPLOYEES!!"

"I have never gotten an order correct out of 5 times I've ordered. This time I waited 15 minutes after my scheduled pickup time and the boy at the counter said the ticket was printed late (online order). Per the ticket, that was a lie. No apology. Got home and I was missing a burger, side of cherry peppers, given ranch instead of BBQ, and they put cheese over my fries. Incompetency. I called and got refund, no apology. Poorly managed and run. I won't be going back."

"We stopped in during the parade... There was a young boy taking orders I'm not sure if he was mabey 13 years old... We ordered 2 orders of french frys... It took over an hour to receive the orders of frys... An adult should have been managing the restaurant. Very disappointing."

"First time dining in at this location. It was much better than a carry out we had last year. It’s made fresh per order, so there is a wait time. We ordered the 12” grim reaper sub, Reuben with coleslaw, fries to share & a drink. The cook did a great job! It was all very tasty & warm. Great fries & sandwiches. Very pricey though! $30 for the 4 things."
