"Dined in for lunch Monday early sfternoon. Had the walleye dinner, subbed onion rings for fries... OMG, the walleye pieces were huge - 10-11" long and 3-4" wide. I ended up taking 1 fillet and the roll home and had it for dinner. DELICIOUS!!!"

"For 35 bucks I had to wait 10+ minutes to get 4 melted blizzards and 2 smashed burgers that were burnt and missing most of the toppings. The French fries were decent. Had to wait 10 minutes for 2 burgers last time we were there as well. Wish they had better food/service like the one in green oak."

"My husband visited Culver’s on a Thursday evening around 8pm for two concrete mixers. He placed the order at drive through and was asked to pull to the side, sticker for order #31 place on his vehicle. Please tell me why 40 minutes (yes FORTY) later he still did not have his ice cream but watched several other cars pulling through, even waiting all after him and getting their orders before!? He finally went inside, asked what was going on to be greeted by team members standing around. The excuse? “They didn’t have a ticket” but…. Our car had the sticker, the mixers have the order number on it and just sitting there melting. Tell me why not one of the team members thought hey, this guys been sitting in his car near our drive through for almost an hour with a sticker on his window and we’ve got two ice creams sitting here… maybe we should figure something out? Not a single apology, nothing done to attempt to remedy the situation. Very disappointing"

"I ordered a butter burger with cheese. The Burger was burnt to a crisp. Cheese was not melted. One little dab ketchup. Very disappointed. I've been to other Culver's and enjoyed the food. However my dog enjoyed it."

"I gave 3 stars only for taste. When first opened, they were on the ball. The food and custard was perfect. I’m seeing a downward trend now..very disappointing. Beware, some staff will automatically charge you a double burger if you don’t specify single…shady tactics…like who does that??!! The concrete mixers have less toppings and barely mixed now. And the sundaes are thrown together. First pic is how is once was, the other is an example of what it is now. More training and monitoring is needed for this location."
