"Ordered doordash. Now mind you this is NOT doordashes fault whatsoever but I had to re order my food because it was wrong. Only to get the wrong order again. Call to ask if something could be done and the manager insists its doordashes fault like they are supposed to tear my burrito up to see if the wrong ingredients are on them??? No doordash didn't make my burrito wrong yall did but you blame doordash and say there is nothing yall can do. By far the most ignorant distasteful customer service around. Mind you I live an hour away and only work in this area so I absolutely will NOT be using this taco bell again. They can't get orders right to save their life. And management has NO customer service skills at all!!!!!!!"

"Best Taco Bell ever! They’re always so nice and kind. My food is always hot and perfect. Today I realized I messed up my order when I got to the window and asked to change it. The guy working was so understanding about it. As was the girl who handed me my food! Very thankful for them. Fast food employees are always dragged on, but they’re some of the hardest working people! Just wanted to share my amazing experience and thank them once more for their kindness."
