McDonald's

"I used to work here about 7 years ago, and for 7 years since it was still one of the most decent McDonald's around the area. I dont know if there has been a change in leadership, but for the past few months the quality and care have been severely lacking. The food my family orders here has been often smashed, messy or lacking ingrediants when made or cold after waiting for it. For my order today my big mac was crushed with no lettuce for some reason, and its the last time Ill be ordering here for some time now. I wouldnt recommend coming here until the quality changes, especially with McDonald's CEO talking about raising everything due to "McFlation""

"This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. App never works there. Today they couldn't accept cards but didn't say anything until after I ordered. Then they said I think the inside card readers are working. So I went inside and all kiosks were inoperable and they couldn't accept cards at the counter. What a joke. This is an ownership problem. When they are trash it tends to trickle down. Avoid this place if you can."

"Ignored at the counter for awhile. Order kiosk did not print my receipt, and the payment device errored twice before reading my card on the third attempt. The kid that came to the counter didn't know how to reprint the receipt, and even after asking still couldn't print it. A crew lead or some sort of manager came over and eventually reprinted it. The burgers were warm, but hot hot enough to melt the cheese. Ingredients from other items were wrapped up in the wrapper indicating the preparation area isn't being regularly wiped down. Assembly was okay without being messy, without cheese stuck to the wrapper, and without sticking out from the bun. At no time while I dined inside did anyone fill the receipt printer with paper allowing for the issue to continue despite at least 1 team member and 1 management type knowing of the issue. Thankfully, I used BOGO deal in their app, otherwise value for payment would be lacking."

"Came in to eat lunch on June 9th. Usually, we come in for breakfast and are never disappointed because of the standard the amazing manager provides. However, for lunch on this day was not up to the same standards. I ordered 2 mcdoubles, and my spouse ordered a big Mac and a quarter pounder. All of the meat was dry and overcooked. It seemed as though the employees that shift didn't care about quality or taking pride in their job. It seems like for lunch we will no longer be in there. Hopefully, the standards can be raised for future customers, though."

"We ordered a cheeseburger small fries small Coke and a big Mac large fry large Coke. We were told to pull ahead and wait. After watching 11 cars behind us go through the drive-through and get their orders I went inside to get ours. In my bag we're 2 cheeseburgers a big Mac and one small fry. here's a picture of the burnt cheeseburger. Won't be coming here again."
