"First time here and last time. Waited forever to get our order taken. When it finally came my wife's lettuce for her burger bun was small and wilted and the meat was overdone. She asked to get better lettuce and the waiter rudely told her to give him a minute. My appetizer came to the table but I watched as the waiter put it on the table next to us so I assumed it was theirs. I asked for mine and he went back to get it. After a while he came out to the table next to us and told them it was ours and picked it up and brought it to us. After they already had touched it! I said I did not want food that was served to someone else. We also had to ask for lemons which we ordered but never came. Too bad, the atmosphere was nice, but the overpriced poor food and poor service will not bring us back. oh, and unbelievably a side salad is considered a premium side and has an upcharge."

"A little surprising for its location. It's on an old federal highway at a random intersection. But the food was really good and it's a great room. And the service was noteworthy. Aspiring waitstaffers should go watch Shawn work for an hour or so. Or he could put on a clinic of how waiting tables should be done. It was a stark difference from other Oakland County restaurants. Surprising for its location."

"Visited 12/29/2023. Excellent, attentive service. Perfect cook on tender sirloin. The custom meat blend burgers are a delicious must try. Perfect cook on the Alfredo pasta with tremendous size shrimp. Very nice inviting and relaxing atmosphere. First time there, we will definitely be back."

"As soon as we walked in I could tell that I was going to be comfortable. The server could not have been more attentive given the large number of patrons. We were absolutely mesmerized by the robot servers. Although our server said the efficiency was questionable she agreed they are pretty cool. They navigate the restaurant to your table to bring food then the human server comes along and unloads the entrées. A similar (or maybe the same units) will allow bussed plates to be piled then returns to the kitchen. The food was OK, my sliders were packed too tight making them a little spongy. The tuna special was a bit lacking in flavor. The bar type food and the burger was pretty darn good, burger was prepared properly. Overall my recommendation is give it a try, it's a good stop off the highway as well."

"Food was delicious, best hamburger I've had in a bit. Very well flavored meat. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious also very tender and juicy, maybe a bit to much for the bun, which didn't hold up so well, maybe if it was toasted would hold up better. So the most annoying thing while we were here was we heard this beeping noise, over and over for what seemed like forever. Finally I see come around the corner, our food, at the slowest pace possible. Now mind you were here because we're hungry and stopped at two other places leaving Frankenmuth for food that were to busy. So we're ready for food yesterday and here it comes at a snails pace, with the server walking behind it just as slow as the machine!! I couldn't even watch and told my wife to just tell me when the food was finally there. I've seen these machines (won't call them robots because all they do is drive around) elsewhere and they are always doing something like running bus bins from the front of the house to the back or holding them for bussers. This was just ridiculous, I mean turning a one person job into two makes no sense to me. Might be why the prices here remind of where I was just on vacation in Naples Florida. Paying a machine and a server to do the same job can add up I bet. They were not busy at all while we were there but the food seemed to take a while to come out, long trip for the machine and the server maybe idk... Luckily everything was still mostly warm. We noticed they do charge $2 here to split a meal for you, just a slap in the face if you ask me, just split it yourself I guess."
