"The pizza I picked up hardly had any pepperoni or ham on it. Mostly sauce! The commercial makes it look much better!!! I won't be going there no more."

"After several expensive messed up orders I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Not a fan of tipping before the services are rendered either. I know that how it is are now but I still dislike it. They don't have a customer survey or any other methode to gauge there service which tells me maybe they don't care."

"Ordered two pizzas and cheese bread on Sunday November 19 took over two hours and had to call four different times to get the pizza’s. They finally admitted it never got made. There wasn’t an apology or nothing from the manager and we still was charged the full price. We will see if we order anything from there again. The pizzas were good but everything else wasn’t!"

"I stopped ordering from here 1 1/2 years ago because of the terrible service, but went back tonight because I loved their Antipasto salad. Walked in, ordered the salad (they were out of ham) Italian dressing, and order of bread sticks with Blu Cheese dipping sauce. When I opened the order everything but the salad was missing. When I called they informed me that it would be 45 minutes for the 3 missing items. I said “no thank you “ but will never touch this franchise again!"

"Ordered 2 subs. Ham and cheese and steak and cheese with extra meat. My sub (the ham and cheese (had one slice of ham and had to take off 1/2 in on each side to get to that one thin slice of ham and cheese). Steak sub with extra meat (literally a 10.00 sub) had barely any meat and again had to take off 1/2 inch on each side to find the steak and cheese). Called and spoke to manager. He said “what do you want? Remake or credit?” And then hing up..No sorry ruined your meal, what can we do to make it better? I am fantastic cook but we are trying support local business and eat carry out locally every Thursday at a minimum and trying to more often but things like this make it hard to keep trying to do our part. 25.00 for 2 subs that weren’t edible and poor customer service. Too many option for pizza and subs on South Lyon to offer this kind of service."
