"I love this family very much. And we have been very loyal Customers for years . Yesterday, I had placed an order over the phone for my family to have dinner .turned out they left off an order, and the soup was also wrong. All was wrong . Their answer to me was .. you can pick up a dinner for 10:50. What the hell? I also got hung on because she did not want to hear about their business failures. I honestly love this fmaily owned business. But I will never order from them again. My suggestion to you is ,hear the customer out before hanging up on them while they are talking."

"I’ve never left a review before, I ordered beef chow mein got just beef, no noodles. Called to try to resolve it because I was willing to drive back (since I figured it was probably an honest mistake). I was then told by owner that I was wrong, that what I had ordered came with the little bag of chips and that those were the chow mein noodles. She said the beef came with “crispy noodles” and that the order wasn’t wrong. These are wonton chips, not chow mein noodles."
