"The manager or employee helped me with an order. Ordering online it doesn't allow you to add the old world pepperonis to stuffed crust pizza. But the old world pepperonis are supposed to be an online only item. He let me add them anyways. Great customer service"

"Ordered pick up. Let the girl at the counter now I was there only because I ordered a hot n ready. Was told they were still working on bread. That’s fine. The wait was expected. But since I was there, I assumed they would let me know verbally when it was done. Wrong. Noticed I waited at least 5 minutes longer than I needed to when I was the only customer there. They put it in the bottom box so I had to get on my knees just to grab it out of the back of it where they placed it. Mind you, mine was the only order. He placed it on the bottom for no reason whatsoever. Also the pizza was barely cut. This place sucks."
