"I’m sad that for such big brand I was let down by something as trivial as a brownie. $7.49 was all that was needed to be refunded or remade for something your store/driver missed. Was promised a callback by Jason (the general manager) who is the only one to authorize a brownie to be remade or money to be given back to a customer. I’ve not been called back to date. 2/2/24."

"Jamie was very rude, the first time I called and asked her a question she hung up on me. I waited 5 minutes secretly hoping I’d get someone else when I called back, but unfortunately I got to endure that sad sadistic human being again. She should probably be best of maintaining employment in an environment with the least amount of people skills as possible. I do enjoy Pizza Hut but unfortunately due to her inability to answer, respond or have any sort of common decency we moved on."

"Ordered online and it was ready in less than 15 minutes which I thought was amazing until I got home and found half of the toppings were missing. Supposed to be two kinds of pepperoni but only the spicy, curly kind not the regular kind. I expect more from a Detroit style pie than what this location is offering."
