"I must admit, my first time here I had a bad experience. This was due to an undercooked burger and the remake was even worse. This was due to some unfortunate miscommunication. I emailed them regarding my issue (before I knew it was a miscommunication issue) and was given a gift card with the full amount I paid at my first visit and they totally redeemed themselves. The owner was so nice and really wanted to make it right and they totally blew me away. The food! The pizza! The atmosphere! Ok, I see you. Nice work."
