"We had a large error on our prior order and came in today to receive our compensated order. This was supposedly written in a “book” to ensure we received some repayment for our poor experience. When we came in tonight and inquired about this, the girl appeared confused and looked in a notebook for our name but couldn’t recover any information. This was fine, we told her to forget about it. She went and got her manager who was visibility irritated to be interrupted by this inconvenience. He ensured that he made us very uncomfortable with his SEVERAL eye rolls, short replies, and rudeness. We thanked him numerous times for looking into this and ensured him it was fine, we don’t need a discount, we would just like to order. I can’t explain why this appeared to anger him more?? He became visibly annoyed with us and glared at my husband. He brought over a beer we ordered later and it was delivered with a heavy sigh and disgust. We love the food here and brag about you guys to our friends but this experience was so far beyond horrible that I’m sure we won’t return. We thanked them several times throughout the hassle but no one seemed to acknowledge the sentiment."

My usual order is the 6-piece sweet honey BBQ boneless wing combo with parmesan fries – those wings are incredibly massive, juicy, and coated with just the right amount of sauce. But you know what's the real star? The doozy dip! This creamy peppery sauce is so amazing that I not only dip my wings in it but also my fries. Trust me, it's a game changer! One of the things I appreciate most is that my food is consistently piping hot and fresh. The staff deserves a shoutout too – always friendly and they even show me my order before bagging it, ensuring everything is perfect. I can't recommend Wing Doozy enough to everyone looking for mouthwatering wings and top-notch service. It's a must-visit!"
