"My pizza was the driest ever!! I signed up for curbside and they never came out to bring my pizza. I had to call and alert them and they still never came. I had to go in and get it. It was cold by the time I got home. I will never go back to this location. The excuse they gave me for not bringing it out was that they were busy....smh"

"Took me almost an hour to order online due to their app being so slow, then put in my order for a free pizza via my hut rewards and the app never took it. I complained to the general mgr who said the hut rewards are a different entity than the restaurant, that I would have to call the 1-844 number, which I did, and they were closed...This is how places lose customers because they won't take care of their Indiscretions or put it on someone else and won't take care of the customer... Very poor service on Pizza Huts part... Don't think I will be going there again and will try someplace else to go..."

"My 14 year old son answered the door for the pizza and driver left a note to my 14 year old that the tip he left , was needed more by my son than the driver , in a grey prius. What a jerk never will order from here again"

"How does this place even stay open? No pizza no customer service, no communication I called to place an order and after repeating my address 13 times to no avail, I hung up and placed order online. Waited 40 min then app said “order is out for delivery”. Waited another hour even though I’m less than a half mile from the store, still no pizza. Called customer service only to be transferred or hung up on. Could have walked there and made it myself faster, except I have kids. Hope I get my money back!"

"Hands down the worst experience every time. From missing while pizzas from my order, no cheese on the cheesy garlic bread and the "your order is or for delivery" message over an hour before the order is actually delivered. No one answers the phone and the pizza is never hot. Last time the cut it so lopsided I felt bad for whoever thought it was passable."
