"The bread was raw and doughy in the middle. I showed Theresa who offered no help except to give me the store's number to call the manager the next day. When I talked with the manager the next day (Jared), he said that Theresa told him we had eaten all of our subs except one bite, which is a lie. I brought up one piece just to show her, but our subs were still on the table. He told me he would remake my sub next time I'm in, but I told him I don't visit that location very often (maybe once a year if that) and he refused to refund any money or provide any further help. Poor customer service."

"Overpriced then the cashier overcharged, blamed it on the cash register telling me it does that often. Pay attention to your receipts. They didn’t know how to put money back on my card so gave me cash instead. Almost $50 spent and it was not worth it but the waiters were nice. It’s conveniently located inside Wally on Shaver,"

"The owner has become very stingy on the ingredients when making your sub, salad, wrap etc. I love pickles and alway get extra pickles. I have been going to this subway since the opened. When I asked for extra pickles they used to pile them on. Now if I ask for extra he will put 1 extra pickle. One time he actually removed some pickles after he placed them on my sub. The CC machine had also been down for months and it is now cash only."
