"We tried dining in today. When we walked in the door, it smelled like someone pizzed on the floor...the place reeked worse than a gas station bathroom in the ghetto. Found a spot in one corner of the dining area where we could choke down our food and left. This place used to be really nice."

"In all honesty I sat in my car went through drive-thru and so yeah the atmosphere was wonderful because there was nobody there to bother me but me. Going past all that of course the best part of the visit was the $5 craving box. I could eat one of those everyday I love that Taco Bell finally came up with one thing that is reasonably priced because I've always found them to be somewhat overpriced. Thank you Taco Bell for considering the people who don't have a lot of money to spend. Keep up the good work hiring those talented customer service professionals"

"I arrived at the Taco Bell on 9th Street in Kalamazoo to pick up my customer's order and they proceeded to tell me they allowed someone to grab that customers's order off the pick up shelf. I informed them that they are partners with the food delivery company I work with and they would still be paid on the order if they remade it. They made every excuse to not remake the food. Then the lady assistant manager was very rude to me and told me to leave her drive-thru immediately. I don't think that was a very good business decision on her behalf. Now the customer, the driver, and GrubHub all lose."

"Wow wow… wow. Those are the only words I know how to describe my visit here. Maybe other words like unprofessional, hostile, aggressive, and disrespectful. Taco Bell is usually an adequate place to visit when you are on the road and need a quick stop. Well not this time! First off we waited at the speaker for several, precious, minutes. It was going fine after that until it came time to get our food. The worker shoved our food at us in an anxious manner. And slammed the window shut. We were quite honestly shocked at these behaviors from a professional establishment. We checked our bag for all our food, and discovered we were missing our cinnamon twists. While still at the window, the worker opened the window and rudely asked why we’re still there. We told her that we were missing our cinnamon twists. A different worker then came up and said she was on a timer, as if this inconvenience that THEY created was MY fault!! Hello?!?! You messed OUR order up! Preposterous!! They hastily grabbed some cinnamon twist and rushed us out. The cinnamon twist had no cinnamon on them. I am so disappointed in my visit :(. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, as it could have been just a hard day, but please focus on your customer service!!"
