"This place is just a really bad, and not competent enough. Very rude staff, and they be closing early than what they’re supposed to. I went there last night around midnight and they said they weren’t taking any orders, I mean yeah I get it, if they don’t like to work there just get another job"

"Hit or miss, but the misses are always huge. Today it was the extremely rude employee working the speaker box. Then there’s the time I had my order messed up 4 times in the same night. The food is as good as you’d expect from Taco Bell, nothing special at all. Double check your order once it gets handed to you, and be prepared to deal with the lousiest customer service Main St. has to offer."

"Went there around 3pm on a Saturday. I would oh gave zero stars if that was a choice. Worse customer service ever, dining room was dirty. Wasn't very busy, however they did not get my order right and when I went up there to tell them they were very rude to the point of yelling at me. At least a couple of workers were on their cell phone texting or something. No helpful employee in there. My friend that was at the table can hear them. I was never offered money back or any kindness. Terrible here I would never go back."

"Working for another business in the plaza, I see and hear customers in my store complain about this location nonstop. Orders not being made correctly, rudeness to customers, and the refusal to make things right when mistakes are made really make this place a no go. There is a huge turnover of employees and Everytime you think they found a good person to manage that place they leave within the month. I personally have waited an hour for my order just to be told they ran out of ingredients after waiting at the counter being ignored by workers. They refused to give me a refund. Unfortunately Taco Bell as a company has awful customer service phone lines too so I can't even call anyone to get my refund issued. It's so very frustrating. I've seen people behind the counter laugh and talk about upset customers, the lobby is constantly dirty... I personally can't reccomend this place anymore. It is known as the worst location in town. I really hope they do better but after watching them constantly fail over the course of the past year... Ive lost hope. The food, when made, is inconsistent. Sometimes you get a beautifully wrapped burrito and sometimes I get a bag with my food spilled all over the bottom. I usually give this location a chance here and there because the food is so cheap. However, this business currently owes me multiple refunds and I know others in the same situation... I can no longer give this place the benefit of the doubt."

"I went here last night hoping to get a quick easy meal before bed for myself and my toddler. I mobile ordered and when I arrived was told the drive thru was not open at only 7 pm so I needed to cancel or come inside. I went inside to check in and upon walking my toddler around the restaurant noticed it was a complete mess. Food and wrappers everywhere and the soda station as trashed. I waited maybe 10-15 minutes, relieved my order and walked to my car when I noticed I had the wrong order. I reentered the store only to wait 10 more minutes while my toddler screamed before I could get some one to talk to me. They realized the mistake and reprinted my order and we waited another 15 minutes to get the food. I want to add I do NOT blame the workers. They are very clearly understaffed and were working as hard as they could. Personally if I had to work in an environment like that for the pay they do I would have walked out if working that night. The owners need to get it together and figure out how to properly run the business so people want to work there because it was very obvious that isn't the case."
