"Dry garlic bread sticks makes no sense. Giving a tub of garlic sauce is like eating straight butter, disgusting. Cook the bread in the garlic butter before putting all of those dry seasonings on top. I just woke up 7 hours later because I am sick from eating that sorry display of bread sticks."

"Ordered on grub hub. Called after 20 minutes had gone over expected delivery. Staff said it should be delivered but they have to wait for their driver to get back to the store. I asked why don't you just call his cell phone and they said uhhh we don't have his phone number (despite being a DP dough employee)...lol. tried to call back again 30 minutes later and was put on hold for 20 minutes and by this time i hung up and went to bed."

"Worst online ordering experience I’ve had in Kalamazoo. After waiting two hours (an hour after my delivery ETA) I called the restaurant to confirm my order is still on the way. The staff said it’d be here any minute. The food never came, no one reached out to me, I literally had to call again before they closed to hear “my manager said to refund your order”… but it’s on me to have to call again 3 and half hours after my order to find out? Fair to say I’m not ordering from here again. Besides this experience, I’ve gotten food here in the past and it’s super inconsistent quality including calzones that are cold in the middle and half baked dough bites. Every order is like rolling the dice. The only thing they have going for them is that they deliver late night."

"Edit: went back. And I'm sad to say I will not be ordering from this location again. We ordered 2 calzones and the pesto sticks. Received my food and checked it before I left the parking lot and one calzone was wrong so I brought both calzones in and told them I had the wrong order. I watched them look through my food with no gloves and then prepare to give it back to me because one of the calzones was correct. I addressed the manager about this problem and he promptly made the employee put on gloves. But then I realized they were trying to give me back the correct calzone that he had touched with no gloves. I asked for a refund for the two calzones, took my pesto sticks because they were already in my car and left. I'm sorely disappointed that a place this fantastic has such poor hygiene standards especially during this "pandemic" Absolutely delicious! We had the spinner rolls and the pesto sticks. I will definitely be back!"

"Perfect late night calzone experience! Dough tastes great, plenty of ingredients, and its made quickly and the best part is it's open until 4am. Price is very fair as well. It's a little tricky to find, the door and parking but once you do it's well worth it."
