Received my text about my order being ready for pickup at 6:13pm and showed up at 6:30pm and was told only part of it was done and it would be another 15 minutes before the rest was completed. Here it is 15 minutes later and I still don't have my order! Finally received most of it at 6:54pm.... Worst Papa John's I've ever experienced."
"Why is it when I try to place an order by phone, 3 different people I talk to barely speak English, heavy accent, and talk so fast... It's a pain to just order. I'm not calling Microsoft, I'm ordering a pizza....how about hiring Americans who live in the city where your stores are located? Cheap corporate. "We wanted some pizza and the online was not working for us. We walked in and the staff was very friendly and helpful! They helped us place an order and even though they were busy, we still got our food pretty quickly! I would order here again when on this side of town because of the treatment tonight. Thank you!"
"Ordering a pizza is SOOOOO difficult these days! Placed an order and they forgot the 5 extra sauces we order (had extra from their competitors in the fridge). The pizza was way under cooked and the parmesan bread sticks looked and tasted like we ordered plain breadsticks. Shame this happened since I’m not one to leave a bad review. Couldn’t even eat it."
