"I think you're mcgriddles taste like Baby food, they messed up my order. They can put egg on it and it tasted chicken batter You guys need to learn a different way of making your mcgriddles I managed the one on Sprinkle road for 4 Years and never have I ever in my life taste anything like this. You guys need to stop by your ahead or find a different cook"

"I would give negative stars if I could. There were only three people working, all of them working at a snail’s pace from being burnt out. We waited for over 45 minutes just for our food, which was burnt and cold, and the fries were way too salty and ice cold. The drive through was shut down, and nobody was at the till. A couple people walked out after paying. A door dasher has been sitting for two hours waiting to pick up their delivery. I don’t know if they’re just severely understaffed, or everybody but those three called out, but all I know is that’s not a way to manage your staff. They need more people on the clock. Edited to add: All 4 of us got food poisoning, there was a pickle in the pie, the fries were burnt and cold and had too much salt on them, the burger wasn’t cooked all the way, and it wasn’t that clean in there. We all got our days ruined by this event that has happened. I get there is only a couple people working but that is un called for, we all really do not feel good at all. I’ve never been this upset over a mcdonald’s. REALLY disrespectful manager- refused to issue a refund when brought to his attention."

"Never the one to write negative reviews but this experience was awful. Had a mobile order. Paid for and ready to go. I pull through the drive through and their speaker clearly isn’t working. When I asked to pull forward due to the circumstances, I get a yes filled with attitude. I pull to the window and was interrupted to her saying she gave the order to the staff at the first window to be made. I get to the front window to be given a bag full of 6 small fries. Assuming they may be out of large containers I think nothing of it. They told me my sandwich was almost done when I corrected them about the order and stated the lady in the drive through should’ve gave them the order. Everyone started laughing and they claim they don’t have it and told me to pull forward to find the receipt. Apon finding it I head inside to make it easier on both sides only to have the door locked. Once again I went through the drive through. Lady at the first window was rude and dismissive basically saying it wasn’t her problem. I pull to the second window and show them the receipts and only then do they finally make my order. They ask me to pull forward and ended up waiting for my food. Once I got it the lady who gave it to me had an awful attitude. Started eating to find my party burnt. Overall awful and stressful experience. I kept a happy understanding attitude the entire time yet it was not returned and I was given disgusting attitude and burnt food."

"I would give it zero stars if I could. Placed a small order 2 kids meals and a quarter pounder besides the person interrupting me every time I said anything he was spitting out the window when I pulled up. Both people in the back drive thru smelled like the just got done smoking weed. I was parked 15 minutes of waiting I went inside the closed lobby and was yelled at by the night manager. Another 10 minutes of waiting I get food. I get home my son's burger was beyond burnt fries where gross. I spoke to the GM who was there and nothing ."
