"Slowest experience at Panera I've had. They took five minutes in line before taking my order while I sat in the drive through. I was stuck in line or I would have left. There were only two in front of me, and no one at the register inside. The food was as expected good quality."
"This is not my kinda place. I don't go to a sandwich shop to try to feel important. This place is very nice, but I feel like it's trying to project a Hallmark card image. Great if you are into that, but I go to a restaurant for good food. This was not that. First of all, extremely overpriced, $38 for soup and sandwich for two (we did each get a pastry for dessert; but no drinks). Second, not enough meat between the bread. Third, who gives bread for a side when you are eating a sandwich? Weird in my opinion. This is my personal opinion, some people may get into this type of place, but not me."
"I rarely ever eat at Panera. My wife and daughter love the place however. So New Year’s Eve morning we decided to go for coffee and a few bagels. Elliot at the register is quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever had short of Disney world. Beyond polite and read things back clearly. I was in customer service for 15 years. I would have loved to have an employee like that. If everyone on staff is that way then keep up what your doing. But I just wanted to take a moment and share was an excellent experience Elliot gave us."
"I love being here . Breakfast at Panera always sounds good to me . Went there last week too . Took chipotle chicken Sandwich & brownie. My husband took caramel Latte & cream cheese bagels . Latte was heavenly good, but the chicken on sandwich could be a lil bit more well done . Definitely coming back many more times ."
"This is a fairly good location with yummy food. However, the wait was unusually long for being late in the evening. The app showed they were out of certain bakery items, but I saw plenty of them when I got inside the store! The fireplace wasn't on, and the restroom needed attention. Also, the coffee wasn't hot."
