"used through drive. the lady in window was very rude. did not speak. and didn't apply coupon and wouldn't give me a receipt. will never go back. what happened to simple customer service or just positive basic human interaction. I don't get fast food often and I wont be back."

"i went at 10:30pm i got 10 piece nugget meal small fry and a dave’s double. bro. the customer service sucked. i’m a manager myself i understand some customers are rude and have no respect for food workers, but me myself i wasn’t rude i was very patient and respectful…. so tell me why i pull up to the first window this little dude was in the window basically rushing me out of the lane,slammed the window in my face. i pulled up to the second window i wasn’t greeted i had my drink basically thrown in my face and my food. the lady with the glasses , black hair , and her hair up in a bun very fastly said “straw is in the bag have a great night” was very very rude. once again i didn’t get greeted , had my food thrown at me. i wanted to ask for sauce since they put none in my bag but i couldn’t since i had the window slammed in my face before i could get a word out. i live closer to the new one on Lincoln way but they are rude as well so i thought i should drive the extra 5 mins for my food to be hot and to be treated like a human being. -100 recommend coming to this one."

"I had to wait quite a while for my food. I checked in before I arrived, and somebody was checked in after me and got their food before me. People were touching fries, and who knows what other food without gloves on. The store looked a mess. Multiple employees without uniforms on"

"I have never left a review for a fast food restaurant before but I was impressed and inclined to do so. I got a grilled chicken wrap, small fry, and small frosty around midnight through the drive-thru. There was a line of cars but I don't think I waited more than 5 minutes from order to receiving my food. Service was super fast, food was hot, and the drive-thru cashiers were really friendly."

"Fast service, clean facility, friendly staff. Stopped in for a quick lunch and everything was good. My fries were fresh & burger well-made. There werent many people eating in bjt the drive through was non-stop. My food was delivered pretty quick, despite the heavy drive thru traffic. Was a good lunch experience. :)"
