"Service could have been better, not sure if they needed more wait staff or what but we tried to be patient. On top of one server smelling like cigarettes and made me sick and want to leave. Normally like eating here but this past Saturday was way off the normal service and food."

"This location has always been my least favorite because I don't feel the food is as good as it is at other locations. Other locations have better service too. We decided to give it another chance since it is the closest Wings Etc. to our house. The service was terrible. It was so bad that I actually went to the bar and ordered our second round of drinks. I think we actually sat at our table for at least 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged. My wings were cold. My sons bun was rock hard and his fries were cold. We will definitely drive out of our way to go to the other locations."

"My wife and I went to Wing's last night and sat in the bar. I ordered 6 wings. It was cold in the bar and I asked the host if she could turn up the heat, she said they were not allowed to do that ! I asked my wife if we should request a table in the kitchen and she said they probably weren't allowed to do that either. Our food arrived and my wings were done exactly the way I like them and also very hot however it was still cold in there so I put one wing under each of my armpits and they kept me warm enough to finish my meal. Should I have to pay for those two wings ?"

"Very good wings, my boneless wings were huge, like 8x the size of popcorn chicken. Tots, loaded are superb. The wings we ordered extra wet and they didn't disappoint. I would rate 10 stars but only goes to 5. Enjoy....our server even let my wife taste the coleslaw before ordering it, yummy."
