"Stopped by on a long journey cross country. Even though is was close to closing, we received great customer service, which is a rarity in today's mile a minute fast food industry. Location was clean, and plenty of parking for our oversized truck and rv. A good stop if you're feeling like a Dunkin' run while traveling I-94!"

"Visited on a Saturday morning for a coffee and donut day with my daughter. She wanted a peppermint mocha latte but they don't have that in October. When I asked the employee at the counter he didn't understand the question and then just said no. We ordered two small hot chai latte drinks with almond milk, two specialty spider donuts, and one double chocolate donut. They handed us the bag of donuts, we paid, and shortly our drinks were ready. After we sat down, my daughter opened the bag and there were only two donuts. She wanted to bring one home to her little sister, so she was pretty disappointed. I guess it was a communication/language barrier issue. The fact that you have to ask for a key to use the bathroom is annoying and uncool, especially for families. I was also a little surprised there were about seven employees and all were men. I honestly wouldn't return here unless I was absolutely desperate and then I would only use the drive thru."

"Service was disappointing. There were about 5 employees working but they all seemed focused on the drive thru line (even though no cars were currently in that line). I wanted to order but after a few minutes no employee had come to the register. When I finally was able to get someone's attention they ambled over to the register and literally didn't say a word the entire time they took my order. Also, requiring a key to use the bathroom is juvenile and annoying."

"The best service you will get here is through the drive-thru as opposed to walking inside. In fact sometimes they close the dining area because they are so busy and understaffed unfortunately. Having said that, this location is beautiful and has a lot of potential."
