"Ordered take out online. The sandwich was not made with the ingredients specified on the menu. I had to drive all the way back explain the issue, a new sandwich was made. Mistakes happen its no big deal but typically something is offered to rectify the inconvenience, and it was not."

"I was just there , they took my order at 4:20pm. I sat in the line for 20 minutes behind two other cars, and will now be late to work. Whatever was going on they could have at least pulled her forward to give everyone else service. Once you’re in that drive thru line - you’re stuck there. The guy behind me kindly asked the lady behind him to back up, and we both left without food because we couldn’t sit there and wait any longer."

"I’m reposting my experience since their original listing was taken down. I’m assuming they pulled it down because of such low star ratings as soon as they opened. I placed an order on the mobile app for nine sandwiches the second day they were open. 13 minutes later get a notification saying my order is ready for pick up. I arrive at the store 10 minutes later (so my food should be more than done), yet nothing is on the pick up rack. I head over to the register, give them my name, then they asked for my phone number, (which they never have done that at any other Jimmy John’s before), then they tell me they’re working on my order, which I find interesting considering I had a notification saying that my food was ready 10 minutes ago. Another 11 minutes goes by before my food is finally done. I watch them make every sandwich. When I inquire why my order is just now being made, the employee immediately calls over the manager. Her response is “ Someone must’ve cleared out your order And we’ve been really busy”. Mind you, there was a father and daughter sitting down to eat inside this entire time. While I was waiting and I watched one car go through the drive-through and one person come in to pick up a one sandwich order, far from being a slammed restaurant. Two people were making my order, meanwhile four other people were standing around talking. As I stated to the manager, and I’ll say again, not the best way to start a business in this town. 34 minutes to get my food- Freaky Slow would be a more appropriate slogan. Instead of replying to their negative reviews, they ended up just deleting their Google Listing. Honestly, it’s on par with how they treated the entire situation. There was no offer to make anything right, just it is what it is- deal with it. It’s a shame. I love Jimmy John’s, but I don’t think I will be visiting this one again anytime soon. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at one."
