"While I was dining here with a friend a worker named cardelle came to my table and picked stuff up even though he did not have too and was a very frendly guy and everyone working here it looked like they all got a long like a family overall a very good fast food experience."

"Every time my girl friend and i have lunch there on her lunch break, they are slow. She never gets to finish her lunch as she only has 30 minutes. Even ordering through the app, and they still didnt get it."

"I do not want to give the company a bad review, but employees... it is a hit or miss with help at ALL restaurants since covid. They miss things you ask for, including utensils that you need to eat your meal. I asked if they put the ketchup in the bag? They tell me yes... I park and realize there is no ketchup, no spoon for my frosty. I have to run back in and get it for myself. This is the third time in a row this has happened. Some employees there are very kind and treat you with a smile and actually speak to you, others, no personality, you might get a grunt. I really wish all customer service employees everywhere would realize customers are the reason they have a job. Treat them like you would want to be treated, and take a second to make sure all the items are in their bag."
