"*update- the next time I visited, i was asked if I wanted extra acai in place of the light ice. I have never been asked this at any other location whe ordering light ice (which i did with the pictures as well) so the empty space makes sense now. This time was just right! * My service was fantastic! But I ordered 2 trenta drinks and neither were even filled up. There was at least 1" of empty in both cups...."

"I love the convenience of this location, but super disappointed with how it's turned out. ALWAYS out of oat milk and of course that goes in the main drink I order everyday! Only half of the staff know how to make the drinks correctly, so when I see who is working, I know immediately if my drink will be gross. My drinks are always missing something that I'm charged for, and it's very rare that you get a smile or good customer service here. Tia is super nice and you can tell she enjoys her job. There's maybe two others that smile and are sweet. Besides that, everyone has an attitude or acts like they're annoyed. I want this to be my main location, but I've started making the drive to Caledonia location because my drink is always made right and the girls are so sweet every time! I hope this group can get it together! Everyone was really excited about this location getting built."

"EDIT*** I FREQUENT This location. I've noticed after the last few weeks its location getting increasingly WORSE as far as CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am changing my review after today. They were AGAIN out of oatmilk and Almond! A Starbucks should NEVER be out of those things! This has been 3x now! And my sandwich wasn't cut. *** Fast, friendly service ALWAYS! LOVE this location! I go almost daily the rude staff reviews I do not understand. I have NEVER had a worker be rude. I literally go at least 4-5 times a week. And if you see my Google reviews I give fair unbiased reviews of all businesses!"

"We placed a mobile order . When we pulled up to the window they said they had five orders in front of us and asked us to pull over. Then they promptly forgot about us. Out of four orders only one was correct."
