"I’ve been treated poorly by the staff here at Mad Chicken in the Woodland Mall each time I come to pick up food for DoorDash. This particular day and time 12/21/22 around 2:20 p.m., the young Indian lady behind the counter insulted me and made me feel uncomfortable. The young lady made an accusatory comment, insinuating that I would STEAL the food if I didn’t confirm the order on my app before she hands it to me. This was incredibly rude and unnecessary. As a customer and partner(DoorDash) with their business, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately this was lacking during my visit. Not to mention, this was completely embarrassing as there were others in ear-shot distance. I’ve worked in customer service for 10 years and I would never treat or speak to anyone this way. I’ve been to finer establishments to pick up food and I have been treated with much more respect, professionalism, and dignity. I’m here to make honest money, just like her. I hope management or the owner of this business addresses this issue to ensure all delivery drivers are treated respectfully in the future."

"I continue coming back to Mad Chicken for the excellent food. The chicken tenders are hot and well-seasoned with a very crunchy light breading. They are not really greasy; they stay quite juicy. The breading is much better than the average tender by far. Be careful not to scald your mouth eating them- they are freshly made to order and very hot."

"My grilled chicken didn't have much meat, but lots of sauce. I only ate the small portion with the chicken. The sandwich would have been good if it had enough chicken to fill the bun."

"Fantastic service from start to finish. I had never been here before today but when i saw the "Mad Chicken Bowl" I was stuck. Chicken on top of Mac n' Cheese Pasta....you would be crazy not to try this. Your choice of sauce on top of the chicken and pasta itself just makes the flavor of the dish so much more interesting. I had to do the "Mad Sauce" of course and it did not disappoint. Start to finish i enjoyed it and was satisfied with the whole experience as it filled the tummy and was better than expected. Skip over the places you normally go to coming to the mall for food and give this one a chance. You will be pleased with the outcome."
