Chipotle Mexican Grill

"9:10 P.M. 2/25. Lady working this shift has the sorriest attitude I’ve ever seen in my life. She was rude, angry and had such a negative mindset. If you don’t wanna work don’t schedule a shift. It was such a sorry experience. She was aggressive when I asked for typical items and always had comments to say. Fire her. So horrendous. Only good part was the guy at the register with glasses who was kind and patient. I asked if they had chips she said no, he went to go get the chips for me. She’s such a horrible employee and is most definitely the reason many customers don’t enjoy their experiences at this chipotle. Again if you are gonna have a sorry attitude why are you working."

"To go orders are always backed up. It was waiting for a good 15 minutes while the workers asked the lady standing right next to us five times what the name for her order was. They did not ask us once. We had a walk up to the desk and ask for our order while there were five bags sitting there. Our food was soggy and cold."

"filthy. absolutely disgusting tables and floors. only one employee was actually doing work and he looked stressed out of his mind. the other 2 were wandering around doing nothing. one employee on the line was touching food and not wearing gloves. I work a food service job and almost threw up seeing that. our pickup was 15 minutes late and marked completed even though it wasn't. I would understand if they were busy but it was a monday night and there was a very short line. thank you to the one shorter young man on the line who helped us."

"Placed an online order but both bowls/ items we received weren’t made how we asked. All upgraded sides we paid for were just not added.(at least $10 value) Living a good 30 minutes away this was super disappointing. And trying to contact anyone to resolve this issue was beyond jumping through hoops. Love me some chipotle but I will go to another location."

"Used to come here 1-2 times a week before covid. We stopped getting takeout from anywhere for a solid 12-18 months and ever since we started eating here again—something in our order is either wrong or we get short changed. There is no consistency whatsoever. It’s even more frustrating now that their prices are approaching $10 a bowl. We gave them another try last night and it was the worst yet. I will never eat here again. Look at the pic. The only difference between these 2 bowls is a scoop of corn salsa. How can they be so drastically different!! The bowl on the left is literally empty. It’s concave."
