"This location is always the worst in GR, often not giving what you paid for. Now they raised prices significantly AND downsized the deliverables. Happy hour is supposed to be medium freezes and crunch wraps aren't supposed to start at $9"

"It’s a 50/50 whether or not they get your order wrong, then you get to go back and wait 20 minutes in one spot for all the employees to walk past you multiple times until you finally get asked what can they help you with and then having to wait another 20 minutes! This Taco Bell is for people with patience and for staff with little to no common sense :)"

"Just stopped at the drive thru and had the two nicest employees ever. The night staff is fabulous and they put way more care into their food than any other Taco Bell or fast food place around. Normally don’t review, but just wowed at these personalities and kind words. Have a wonderful day Taco Bell employees!"

"If I could give zero stars I would! Went through drive through this evening. After waiting 15 minutes in line, got up to order and waited another 5 minutes before I asked if they were going to take my order. The lady told me to f$&@ off and go some where else. I went inside and asked if she was the one that was being rude and if she was the manager. She said I am the manager and to get the f$&@ out of the store. I asked for corporate phone number and she told me she wasn’t giving it to me and to figure it out. Then told me again to get the f$&@ out. Never have I ever experienced such poor professionalism."
