"Every time I order my food I pay for cheese and always to my surprise they never add the damn cheese which makes me have to always go back through drive through. Such a inconvenience!!! Last week I was starving had just got off work and decided to get me a impossible whopper. Well guess what I had no cheese on my burger but my receipt said I paid for it. Went back through drive through and those rat face worker got mad at me for wanted the right order. A over weight dude came to the window asking for the food back like I was lying, but here ya go bud!! Once I caught wind that they were going to spit in my food I asked for a refund but take the difference out for the pop and fries because I had ate the fries and the drink was almost gone. The white female manager came to the window asking for the pop back I looked at her like she was stupid and handed her the almost drunk pop LOL these people are dumb. Needless to say Burger King will not get any more of my money. GHETTO!!! The evening managers are way better then the day time around noon managers."

"Half of the time your staff claims they can't do something like add ham to an egg normous burrito, yet the day before, they were able to. It's either poorly trained or lazy staff. This is one of a few examples of poor service."
