"I went through the McDonald's drive through earlier today and had to pay with a 100 dollar bill. I realized only when I was 30 minutes away they accidently short-changed me 20 dollars. I went back a couple hours later and had to go inside while they counted the register. The manager was very nice and apologetic. Luckily, they found my 20 dollars! I should've counted my change right after, lesson learned, but I'm thankful for the experience following that."

"Edit Nov 2023: consistently long waits for curbside or they forget you're there (this has happened many times). This location was incredibly understaffed for the morning rush. Cars were backed up both ordering lanes to the back side of the building. Many cars were backing out and leaving the line. I will say, the two employees working moved people through the drive through very quickly -but they were ignoring curbside patrons. After 10 minutes and a very unfair wait of watching many new cars processed before me, I called and a staff person brought me my order. She didn't apologize but did say there were only 2 people working. My hash browns were soft and barely warm like they'd been sitting in the bag for a while. I tried to call back to get my money back but no one answered (honestly not surprising considering staffing). I wasn't given a receipt so I couldn't fill out the survey (I’ve also noticed they don’t give receipts at this location -purposeful so they don’t get surveyed?). I'll explore other options online. Cons: Waaay higher prices than other McD’s in the area. (E.g. we’re talking $1.30 MORE per breakfast sandwich.) We’ve priced out meals and have saved $5-7 just by driving an extra mile or two. Save 25% and go elsewhere (there are a lot of locations in the area). Pros: Good food"
