Steak 'n Shake

"I loved this place I don't give any stars to automation. I enjoy going to a restaurant and being served by people. Ordering from a kiosk and getting my own drinks cleaning my table is not acceptable in the restaurant business. If I had known all of this I may of reconsidered our generous tip. The restaurant still has an Nostalgia of old Steak and Shakes but everything it gained with this it lost with this cash free loser Society being pushed on the American people."

NEVER COME HERE My burger was raw the picture does not do justice the guy's name I do believe his name was Peter but he didn't want to give his name up due to his ignorance he was a manager he was very disrespectful and ignorant I wanted a piece of parchment paper or a basket or something so I can put my fries on so I can dump my cheese on it because this place does not put the cheese on the fries unlike every other steak and shake I've been to he made a big fuss over it that's not how we do things around here I highly recommend never to come here please check your food make sure you're not getting the raw food as well and to top it all off they wouldn't let me pay cash inside I had to go through the drive-through just so I can pay cash so I can come back inside and try and eat my food I really recommend never to come here if anybody seeing this review"

"I loved steak in shake when it was in its prime but a lot of locations have closed down, especially around me. So when I found this one open, I was pretty excited. I probably haven’t been to one in six years. I remember them for having cheap and pretty decent food. This time wasn’t any different. It was cheap and not bad at all. The fries were different from what I remembered along with their pickles. Their fries lacked any flavor at all, did not enjoy them that much. Their burger was good though. It lacked flavor but it wasn’t terrible. I made the mistake of dining in at this location. It was horrendously filthy. The floors, seats, and all the the tables, all filthy. I could not find any clean tables to sit at. I would have enjoyed it more but it was just so bad. The service was fast, though. Food came out in about 3 minutes. Overall: 5/10 Cleanliness: 0/10 Food: 6/10 Edit: 6 hours later. I got food poisoning from here. 1/10"
