"2-2-24 7:30 p.m. Guy, on the intercom, seemed rude when he took my order but didn't let that bother me since I only ordered 1 meal, and it was fast. I pulled up to the window, and no words were exchanged after interacting with two different people. They just gave me my food and drink and I drove away. Even if it's a fast food restaurant, you still need to be professional, especially because they chose that job."

"This location is - On Point!! I regularly get the Breakfast Baconator **w/out cheese sauce! This is the ONLY location, out of 2 near me, that can get my sandwich correct Every Time!!! (Other location gives me tips on what to do next time they get it wrong. Next Time??) And the cherry today was the bacon was Soooo good, cooked PERFECTLY!! & the guy running the window (this morning & Most mornings) is Always so Nice & Friendly with a big smile!! Thanks y'all!! "I put in a mobile order. App said to pull through the drive thru. When I went to drive thru, they said they do not see my order. I went in, and no one at the register. Two young boys were talking in the back, and another worker was talking to a customer at the table. Did not know the lady was a worker. My husband yelled to the boys in the back and they did not respond. About 2 mins later, my husband yelled "anyone here," then the worker talking to the customer came running to help us. She apologized and said she thought someone was helping us. I explained to her what happened in drive thru and she ask my name. She said my name showed up for her. She prepared our order. She apologized again. The food was good. I would not let this experience effect my visit"

From other reviews it doesn’t seem to matter what you say or do, one guy is always rude in the drive through if he has a bad day everyone going there is as well. I Went in last night with my wife and kids for a couple biggie bags, the cashier was talking so fast on the com that we couldnt understand him, he sounded very frustrated from the moment we pulled up, When we got to the window he was aggressively pushing and pulling on his monitor with all the orders on it, huffing and puffing. Then goes to hand me my drink and slam the window closed, I asked him to chill out and he said I “snatched” my drink out of his hand when he was handing it to me. I asked for his name and he shows me his name tag which most literally said “Kunta Kente.” (Mind you, it is illegal to wear a fake name tag, let alone a name that refers to racial slurs) I said “so that’s your real name?” He said “hell yea, that’s what you can put on the report!” And slammed the window again. Get him fired no one like that deserves any kind of customer service power. And should be ashamed about how he represents our community."

"Love the BOGO chili on Tuesdays, but the person that took my order was rude. He knew the people in the car in front of me, and they visited and high fived for 5 minutes after he gave them their order. When I ordered and paid, he talked over me and he didn't ask for my payment, but stuck his hand out and motioned to me. It was just not a pleasant experience."
