Arby's

"It wasn't a big enough deal to go back, but we asked for an Arby's sauce cup and specifically no tomatoes on the chicken sandwich. Didn't get the sauce and there were tomatoes. We also waited a solid 7-8 minutes with nobody else ordering in the drive-thru. I used to work closing shift at McDonald's so I know mistakes happen and people forget things, but when there's only one order on-screen and you still mess up, there's hardly any excuse. Just check your bags before driving off."

"This location is suppose to be open late for people like me that wanna order drive thru after work but instead the manager turns the fryers off early with no curtesy for customers on top of that no greeting at drive thru and both managers and the drive thru lady is so mean if you don’t want a job just quit don’t make people who love Arby’s hate it because of your attitude all I wanted was a fish sandwich and the manager offer no incentive to replace the inconvenience"

"Went to this location for a quick bite, buffalo chicken sandwich was raw. Not much the store can do but give you a free meal but after receiving this its hard to go back."

"Hasn't been to an Arby's is awhile, long while. Had a craving for a roast beef sandwich. I ordered a beef and cheddar and it was a huge mistake. Not enough meat, put together poorly. Seemed more like the sandwich had sat around too long. Cheese had soaked into bread already, that's how old. Will not return to this location again. Can't even be sure that food is considered made fresh like they claim. And also, what's up with the mini potato cakes? And why are they only available in the morning. That was always my favorite thing to get. Some of the changes this restaurant chain has made are not for the better."

"Quality food, always. Relatively slow given only 1 car ahead of me. Would not honor a Red Wings promo with a score shown on my phone, required a printed copy of a box score (first Arby's to even ask me for proof). Drive thru cashier was drinking a milkshake as he served customers. Good shakes, but, haha."
