"Wife and I went through the drive thru with our little one. We ordered ice cream and were asked to pull forward with order #1. We sat there for 15 minutes or so until we asked the runner what was going on with our order and were told that they ran out of ice cream. Several cars behind us had received ice cream. We then sat several more minutes before the runner told me they had lost my order and I was asked me to come inside to tell them what it was. When I went in I then had to sit in line for several more minutes before I asked for a refund and left since nobody approached me to take my order that we had been waiting on. The gentleman at the cash register was very nice and apologetic. But we spent about 30 minutes to walk away with nothing. Very frustrating especially since they never gave us our original receipt so I couldn't leave a survey beyond a google review. I've attached a photo of the refund I received."

"2 weeks ago I went to culver and ordered through the drive thru. I got two meals with an extra side to split with my family. When I got home I opened the bag and saw that they forgot my cheese curds that I paid for. I called the store and explained my situation and the manager which I cannot remember her named apologized and took down my address to mail me a coupon to get l my cheese curds at no cost on next order. I was satisfied with that because I understand mistakes happen. Now that it’s 2 weeks later I haven’t received anything and now I’m disappointed. I feel as if I was stolen from with no reimbursement. Especially since they charged me for two marinara sauces with nothing to dip in them. I will not forget this and doubt I’ll be a return customer."

"Very poor service. You sit in the drive through waiting to order for over 10 minutes, then once you do order you wait another 20+ for your items. I thought the issue was just because they were newly opened and getting into the groove of things but sadly that doesn’t seem to be the case. I’ve been there numerous times hoping it would improve and it just hasn’t. It’s not like there’s an overwhelming amount of customers at these times either it just seems to be a mix of very poor time management and teamwork."

"Update: This place has gone downhill. Not a peep from Culver's corporate or local management. When I told the staff there wasn't a single clean table they handed me a wet towel and paper towel to clean my own table. I've attached new pictures. The food is normally good but there's never a clean table. I normally get napkins and water from the soda machine to clean my own table."
