"Food wasn't hot, dined in to ensure good food or ability to have it fixed. Lobby only had three tables open bc of chairs stacked on tables. Did a mobile order to not bug employees, ordered a shake they didn't have in stock apparently. I asked for a refund for the purchase I made and them not having what I wanted. The employee was so angry bc I asked for a refund. The refund took 5-10 minutes to even happen in which time my food got cold. Bc the employee was already angry I did NOT feel comfortable asking to fix my cold 6$ burger or my cold $9 nuggets or my cold $6 in French fries. It'd be great to have my money back. But I'm definitely done with MCDS forever. Y'all keep teaching me the same lesson, I got it now, thanks."

"Don’t go here. Drive up to the one across from Walmart. This place is a sheet show. I’ve went here about 3 times and have been extremely disappointed every time. I call to get replacements and they tell me I have to go there now and they cant make it right another day- I’ve never had an issue with other locations making it right even if I don’t drop everything and come RIGHT NOW. They’re always extremely understaffed so that leads me to believe the management here is very subpar… Corporate needs to step in and get this location out of the dumpster fire it has become."

"We had two mobil orders and in each order we had two drinks. He handed us two drinks, and I had to ask for the other two drinks 2 to 3 times. We waited over 5 mins to get our 4 th drink. The fries were hot but soft. The hamburgers taste was off on it also. Not a good experience"

"This was the worst service I have ever had! First of all, I'm questioning my total. It seemed pretty steep. $27 for 3 happy meals and a 10 piece nugget meal. And their receipt machine was supposedly broken so they can't provide me with one. Secondly, we waited over 10 mts for our food from the time we ordered it, and there was only one person ahead of us, and the nuggets were definitely not fresh. Lastly, the lady that handed me the food was extremely unfriendly. Didn't say sorry for the long wait, didn't say have a nice day, didn't say you're welcome when I told her thank you and to have a nice night. Glad I don't visit this location often. They need some training on manners."
