"One of the cashiers/window workers got my order wrong then would not give me my receipt and even had the audacity to give me attitude and walked away and said no when I asked for a receipt(which is illegal). However the manager did give me the receipt after asking multiple times. Never had much of a problem with the establishment until this incompetent and rude worker served me. I will be contacting the better business bureau about the receipt incident."

"Went through the drive thru. First we were cut off with a total before we were even done ordering. Then we did not receive all our items. When we went in with the receipt clearly it showed a peppermint cold brew and peppermint frosty. They said we were wrong and refused to give us what we paid for"
