The staff make you feel welcome and put a smile on your face and for the fact that I get taco bell frequently they have only once messed up an order and they immediately corrected it and made up for it. So grateful that this is the closest taco bell to my home!"

"Ordered and received confirmation at this location during advertised business hours, only to arrive and be told they didn’t have my order and couldn’t help me due to technical difficulties. The sign wasn’t on despite advertised business hours so “technical difficulties” seem more like they chose to close early. Usually this location is good but this time it was not. I hope I’m never desperate enough to come back to this location."

"the food was very cold, somewhat burnt on the taco, and part of our order was missing when it was dropped off. i am disappointed in the workers from this day as we called and kindly asked how we could come back from this, and they rudely said “do you want me to mail you a postcard or somethin?” i was appalled by this question not because i didn’t appreciate the coupon gesture but because he was very clearly being antagonistic. he did say “what do you want me to do abt this” and i said “well what do u me to do how can we fix this we live far away and now our order is messed up” i personally then came in to pick up and we walked ALL THE WAY FROM the allendale campus for these missing chips and cheese. it is unfortunate to know that after we came in, the workers so rudely dismissed the issue and then did not want to provide with a simple solution of a replacement. i normally love taco bell but this changed my mind"

"Stopped by this taco bell tonight at around 9 pm. My wife ordered a $5 cravings box, she upgraded the taco to a dorritos locos taco. Right out of the gate things were going sideways when they didn't give her the cinnamon twists but that's no big deal. We brush it off, she goes In gets the twists and we leave again.she opens the dorritos locos taco... and right away it hits me.... Dog food!!! dog food thing aside the taco was not even eatable it was all busted and soggy and stuck to the cardboard sleeve. Totally disgusted already, my wife hoping to satiate her hunger goes for the chalupa.. she takes one bite and it seems to be going okay, but on the second bite there it was a long dark hair Buried it the taco...And that is when it occurred to us that these things were probably no accident and that these young kids are in there messing with people's food and thinking it's fun. I am pretty sure that the taco was made with dog food there is just no possible it only I I uploaded a picture... I'm hanging on to the taco and calling my attorney in the morning... this is nothing short of aggregious. I am actually going to file a police report, I wonder how many others were given dog food tacos tonight!!!"
