Papa Johns Pizza 280 North River Avenue, Holland, MI 49424

"Literally the worst customer service. I had paced an order containing 2 extra garlic dipping sauces, 10 boneless wings, a medium pizza, and cheese bread sticks, the wings are smaller then a chicken nugget, I didn't get my extra sauces, and then when I called about it the manager is exsessively rude, hung up on me after stating that they are chicken poppers which they are not advertised as such or priced as such on the website. I will NEVER go back, tell anyone to go there, ever. literally. unless they want over priced food and bad customer service if you even get the correct order to begin with."

"Called and ordered pizza 747pm and called to check on it at 845pm . Ask to speak with manager and he hung up on me twice . Absolutely the worse service I've ever in counter . If this happen at a papa John's back home ,the man would lose his job . We were going to use papa John to feed or company employees next week and order of 75 pizzas. I guess I will find someone else to cater the lunch."

"We gave Papa John's a second shot, even though our first try wasn't very good. Delivery was less than mediocre. Our food arrived cold thanks to Papa John's cheaping out and using door dash. Add to that that the pizza came with pineapple on parts of it. We didn't order pineapple. The quality of this location lacks severely. When you take away your delivery drivers and replace them with a meal delivery company, you take away people who are invested in their jobs and your company. These Door Dash drivers deliver more than just the pizza you ordered. They also make other stops to pick up other delivery orders. I doubt we'll get pizza from Papa John's in Holland again. It's sad, because I used to really like their food."

"Ordered two pizzas, neither had any pizza sauce. If you can't handle your weed don't smoke on the job."

"We placed an order for two pizzas. Once of the orders specified to have extra sauce on it, because it was cheese less. This order did not have extra sauce so it's very dry. When opening the box for the pepperoni pizza one of the extra garlic butters was put on the top of the pizza. Since this was an online order we were notified of the progress steps. We live at most 6 minutes from the restaurant, yet it took over half an hour for our pizzas to make it to our home. I hate to say this, but I regret the cash tip we left, because I'm honestly not sure that the service we recieved was worthy of one. EDIT. I called and spoke with the manager to resolve the issue. He was very polite and compensated us for the issues."
