"Went through the drive thru for the first time in year on 1/27/24 @ 1:50pm. When I started the drive thru line there was a total of 5 cars. So, I thought it wouldn't be too long of a wait. I did not leave the drive thru until 2:15pm. The burger I ordered had obviously been sitting for quite some time, as it was cold when I got it (25 MINUTES AFTER ORDERING). The 2nd window tried to hand me someone else's order at first, despite the 1st window getting the car order correct?!? I can't ever figure if the burger king drive thru structure is simply the worst thought out system, or if there is no manager on duty and everyone inside is working with no coordination. None of it makes sense to me, but it was a good reminder as to why I never eat here anymore. Maybe... Maybe they are ok at the peak of meal hours. Any other time, just skip this restaurant. Out of my low expectations for fast food, this took the Gold metal for the worst I have been to in the midwest."

"Placed a mobile order, after waiting 15 minutes for the food I asked for an updated on it. I was already charged through the app and had the receipt. The manager and another young girl told me they didn’t see it on the system. I asked what they could do and they said they wouldn’t do anything or help, that I need to contact support. I’m now out $10 and have to jump through hoops. Terrible customer service, and workers who don’t care. Don’t order BK on the app or else it will take your money. Just had to drive away and hope I get my money back."

"How could you not like a bacon cheeseburger? BK makes the best Fast Food burgers. The service was great, the food we ordered we received hot and correct. The atmosphere was awesome, we we got our food to go (drive-thru)."

I could see very easily from the counter into the kitchen while I waited for our order. One of the cooks preparing food had plastic gloves on. He was a younger man with dark hair and glasses. He kept itching his nose and pants area, wiping with his gloved hands around his mouth and ears. He did not at all change the gloves or wash his hands and prepared food after touching himself. Not even a chance as I watched him scratch at his face and then immediately pick up an item from the food area along with MANY items to follow, NEVER once changing gloves or washing his hands. Very unhealthy and unsanitary! I had originally gave this location 5 stars from my 1st post, however now I am reducing that down to 2. As I pride myself on the appreciation of good customer service, I took into account that the young lady working the counter with red hair heard my complaint and stated she would speak to the employee about this matter, and also apologized. I considered her reaction for at least 2 stars. My daughters and I tossed our food and ate elsewhere. I'm very hesitant on even 2 stars but acknowledgement helped a little. I certainly hope that this location makes a point to spread awareness and importance on germs and sanitary work conditions, especially after having the pandemic over the last year. Itches happen... please wash your hands and not give your potential germs or other icky stuff from your bodies to your customers! Big turn off of ever wanting to eat your food."
