Reviews
"Stopped by for lunch, they have excellent lunch specials. Lots of options to choose, (I got the orange chicken, delicious) meals come with friend rice and a rangoon. I paid $11 for a ton of food which all tasted great. The staff is friendly, the place is a little old but perfectly fine, it's even sort of charming. There's enough seating for 12ish people but we got there a little after 11 and had the place to ourselves. We will be back, do yourself a favor and get some lunch here."
"The eggroll that we tried was really cabbage tasting, but lacking in spices or pepper, or any other vegetable or substance. Great crunch, great place really nice people."
"The food was good, but they still gave me mild when I asked for extra spicy, I understand that cultural restaurants tone down their spice because they don't want bad reviews from white people who think peppercorn is spicy. But like please next time, exclude me from that stereotype. Edit: they gave me spicy sauce, fixed my meal 7/10 for spiciness"
"It was our first time eating here. Go inside, floors chairs ceiling everything is dirty dirty dirty. Hasnt been scrubbed or wiped down clearly ever. Lady at front was nice enough, no problem with her. Wife and I ordered schechwuan beef and general tso chicken, and one order of fried wontons. That all came out to like $26. Portion sizes are pretty good, but youre paying a lot of money so it better be big. My schechwuan beef was decent, it had some wok seared flavor and if i was going to go back thats what I'd get. Wife hated her chicken, it was lots of gristle and the sauce smelled funny. Egg rolls were okay, rice was pretty average. However, what knocked this down from 3 to 2 was the fried wontons. You would think there was supposed to be something inside it, like a cream cheese or meat or something. These things were just fried super greasy chunks of batter with literally like a speck of ground pork or meat or something brown. They were so greasy and many were undercooked that they were inedible. I threw them away. Over $5 for those. Just flat disgusting soggy chunks of greasy batter. Probably wont be back anytime soon."
