"Ok for a pharmacy. The workers have always been nice and helpful. Sometimes hard to get a hold of on the phone."
"Had a prescription called in from urgent care at 8am that morning, went at 2pm to pick up and it wasn’t ready. They said to shop around and they would get it ready. Went back 30mins later and still not ready. They can’t perform the basic functions of a pharmacy, plain and simple."
"Stay far away unless you want to chance death. I had a life threatening medication they said would be ready next day, fast forward next day and I went to pick up and they are now telling me 4 days out. if ANYTHING happens to my dog because their incompetence I will be suing. Absolutely ridiculous to put other people's lives and their pets lives at risk."
"Stopped in to fulfill my appointment to get caught up on my vaccines. Mainly interested in getting the new covid and flu jabs. I was quickly greeted at main desk, checked in, and began my 20 minute wait for my turn. It was quite busy for a Thursday morning. Nevertheless, the Meijer staff was friendly and everyone was working diligent serve the load of customers waiting in the que. Totally happy with the staff regardless of having to wait a bit. It's amazing how there so many useless bad reviews for a bunch of great people trying to take care of a bunch of greedy baby's. Have consideration for those doing their very best to do their job safely, quickly and accurately. Since you can't fix stuipd, there will still be those selfish, greedy baby who are never happy. Too bad for you. Hats off to the Meijer pharmacy guys working the buts off, doing a great job. Thank you."
"I really wish it was possible to leave a negative star review as that is all a Meijer pharmacy deserves. My wife had a heart attack and spent the weekend in the hospital. After she recovered and was ready to be discharged her prescriptions were called into the pharmacy at the hospital another Meijer pharmacy. When I went to pick-up the prescriptions I was notified that some of them weren't available at that particular pharmacy, and was asked if I wanted to come back the next day to pick them up. Being that the hospital is in Grand Rapids, MI and we live in Cedar Springs, MI I reluctantly asked them to transfer them to the Cedar Springs pharmacy. The reason for my reluctancy is I have dealt with the Cedar Springs pharmacy in the past. After spending literally hours standing in line waiting for prescriptions in the past we decided years ago to stop using them. However, being that the only choice for a pharmacy at the hospital was a Meijer pharmacy and looking for the expedience and simplicity I agreed to use them. I had just spent three days of running back and forth to the hospital for my wife's heart attack. Anyway I got my wife home and resting and went to the Cedar Springs pharmacy to get the remaining prescriptions. All to get home to find out (luckily before the closed for the night) that they only had one pill of the blood thinner that she was prescribed. So therefore they just didn't fill that prescription because they didn't have the proper number of pills to fulfill the prescription. Was I notified when picking up the other prescriptions that one of them was unable to be filled. NO! So now being that it was the blood thinner and my wife being a recently released heart attack patient I had to return to the store a second time now the third time to the pharmacy including the trip at the hospital to get the single pill as even I know (unlike Meijer pharmacists) that a heart patient that has been prescribed a blood thinner was prescribed that blood thinner for a REASON DUH! THEY NEED IT. AND SKIPPING JUST A SINGLE DOSE COULD BE VERY SERIOUSLY DETRIMENTAL!!! We now get to call the inept Cedar Springs pharmacy in the morning to tell them to pull the tote that contains the newly ordered pills to fill the remainder of my wife's prescription as she also needs to take a blood thinner in the morning. I EMPLORE YOU PEOPLE. IF YOU ENJOY YOUR LIFE, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, USE A MEIJER PHARMACY. The pharmacy is beginning to make the new Aldi's appear to be an even more attractive option for groceries. Maybe our days at Meijer in general are limited. I'm really hoping so."
