"Oh my word!!! The Iced Buzzer with white chocolate and raspberry is my favorite! If you add whip, you'll be happy to know it's homemade and DELICIOUS! I can't really say what my favorite treat is but the strawberry scone, warmed up, is very tasty! The barista's are all so friendly and eager to help match you with the perfect drink. They will explain the different types of espresso drinks. Don't like coffee or espresso? It's ok! They have hot chocolate, smoothies and tea as well! The proceeds go back into the City Impact outreaches. When buying from the Upper Room, you're helping the Cedar Springs community. Stop in and ask what their vision is. Ask what their name means or where it came from. Ask what they do in the community. You will not regret your visit."

"My husband and I are here traveling from South Carolina for the week. We like to find nice coffee shops wherever we go. We looked up the nearest shops to where we were staying on google search. Upper Room Coffee popped up. We were both intrigued just by the name as we are Christians. This place did not disappoint. It was such a nice place. Clean, beautifully decorated, and the service was A+. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The owner also took time to come over and speak to us and welcome us to her shop and the area. If you are looking for delicious coffee and a great environment, look no further. Highly recommend and we will be coming back daily until we go back home."
