We gave Wild Bills a year to fix their issue and they never did, so our loyalty will now be with you!! 4 years ago I started going here, and I still love and appreciate this business but I especially love their staff! They sometimes don't have our tubes we typically buy but it's not their fault and occasionally the tobacco is dry(which is expected sometimes)but other than that they're lovely."

"There is this one employee who is always there when I go that has no people skills. I feel rushed. Would like to interface with someone who knows more and is more customer oriented. Decent products, which is why I gave a 3. I hope the next time will be more enjoyable or I will take the drive to wild bills where the staff is very curtious and knowledgeable."

"The staff are very friendly, but that's it. I purchased a Smok vaporizer, and a week later I broke the tank, that's my fault. I purchased two new tanks and brought them home, they didn't fit. I brought them back only to be told that I would have to spend another $50 on a whole new tank assembly because the particular vaporizer I purchased was defective. They knew this because they had issues with them already, yet still sold it to me in the first place. They didn't offer to replace the defective unit, or offer any other remedy other than me spending more money. I am very annoyed, and I will not be back."
