"I was in the Cedar springs TSC store today, 9-17-2023, sunday. This has been my preferred store for 25 or so years. I had 12.5 gallons of 15w40, greese & locktight. I was headed to check out. The store manager asked if there was anything he could help me with. I asked if they accepted used oil for recycle I had 5gallons. He replied, they accept used oil between 9am & 5pm Monday through Friday. The manager lost my sale and all of my future purchases, I work for a living during the week, and do my own maintenance on vehicles & equipment on weekends. My new favorite store is now in Greenville Michigan."
"Has a great dog food that works well for our dog with many allergies. I was a bit uncomfortable one day when I'm assuming corporate was there as the store did not have a powder for ground bees and my daughter and I were surrounded by like 5 people asking us so many questions and it was no big deal they just didn't have what I needed this time. We just wanted to leave and go to the next store but we're bombarded by so many questions and people it was so uncomfortable. The day to day staff are wonderful and always so helpful. The suits made me not want to.go back though."
"Always friendly when you walk through the door. They started carrying some items for my chickens that I used to be able to buy online. Saves me paying for shipping costs. I love their dog wash room. It's awesome! I wish they didn't have to be on the expensive side though, if you watch for the deals it's the best bet. Their service is better then ffh."
