"You've hired great people at this location. 11-5 at 1:11pm I visited this location as I did every day for 3 weeks. They were so nice and attentive, even when I made the mistake of not ordering all I wanted. There were cars behind me and Madison said I needed to go back around, and rightly so. It was my fault. A different lady(African American) had me to park and took care of me. Two days later I leave my credit card, the next day they returned it to me. Wendy's job well done in hiring the staff you've chosen!"

"My husband and I went through the drive-through one evening. We had to decided to get the Bogo $1 deal going on which was two Dave’s Singles and two 10 piece chicken nuggets. We also ordered a large fry. After we received our food, I checked the bag and realize there was only one Dave’s Single in the bag. We knocked on the window, and said there was only one not two, and the lady was extremely rude and told us that the cashier only rang up one Dave’s Single, and there was nothing that she could do about it. She said it was too late and the only way we can get another Dave’s Single is if we bought another one full price. We were not happy but did buy another one full price because we were tired and hungry and that was our dinner. I do not think that the situation was handled fairly or correctly. I came home and reached out to corporate and all they did was send me an email and said that they were sorry for the bad service. I will not be returning to this location."

"10:19am today I pulled up to the drive thru speaker asking for some breakfast potatoes and was told they ran out of ALL breakfast items and will begin serving lunch at 10:30. I was the only one in line. I'm confident they were thinking of a smooth transition to lunch, had the item on hand, and could have easily dropped it in the fryer. I rarely visit the Sherman location without having a problem. Will stick to the Apple Ave location. They do a much better job."
