"I called and asked if the ice cream machine was working because i wanted ice cream, but they lied how the worker's so dumb they don't know if some is working right or not. Common sence just isn't that common any more."

"I went in to satisfy my craving for a Caramel Frappe Xtra Whipped Cream! Do you remember if you went like 7:00pm or after you couldn't get anything with ice cream or blended, like a Frappe? There was always some excuse like the machine broke or they had to clean it early that night...well, I have a way around that, find out what night the manager works and the employees won't be pulling that when they are there! Of course, they are all in pissy moods, though, because their manager actually makes them work instead of screwing around all night! Lol Hey, I know exactly how it is, I used to work at Pizza Hut back in the day and when the boss was away, the employees would play! My goodness, that was 48 years ago, yes, we had Pizza Huts that many years ago and suffice it to say, they barely have changed! I probably could walk in and start working and never miss a beat!"

"I just want to shine a light on the staff here in the drive up. I work at GW behind them and frequently visit. The staff is always so kind, friendly and efficient. I don't think they get enough praise. I've seen them deal with some very unkind customers and they handle it professionally and with patience. They always say something to lift my day and give smiles. I appreciate everyone of them for that. I hope they know that they do a wonderful job and sometimes they just make my day!"

"I swear to heaven above. This location does either one, not care about their product of food they are serving and or two can’t read… I ordered from door dash, my order got here within 8 minutes. Everything I got was COLD!!!! They gave me the wrong drink for my 3 year old daughter. This is not the first time they messed up my order especially online. They clearly do not care. I will never order from here again."
