"My husband and did our waiting in the lobby and finally got to be seated in the back room area. Got our order immediately taken. Everyone who was already eating in there had left, new people sat down and everyone still got their food 15-20 minutes before us. Our waitress, Annabelle lied to us and blamed it on the kitchen. I would’ve appreciated it if she was honest and said she forgot our order in. We just had a short window from the kids and we were so anxious to get back home to them."

"I had a server named Emma S. and she had phenomenal customer service. She got my food to me right away and always seemed happy to do so. The food was amazing but I just wish I wasn’t so stuffed from breadsticks when I ordered the actual meal. It felt very comforting to dine here 9.5/10 expeirence."

"This is my go to place when i don’t know where to go i love the food. today, we went to have a dinner and this might be the worst night to get a dinner. I am not sure if our server was new or idk but, it took us 20mins to order longer than we waited for our seat to be ready. Since it took so long, we ordered everything from drinks to appetizers to entrees. We got our salads, appetizers and finished it and still didn’t get our drink, and that includes the water. After, 20 more minutes, we got our food. And after 5mins, the drinks came and so as our water. This is not how it usually is, since we come here all the time. Food was delicious, Drink was perfect! Our server, not so great! He came and asked us if we already paid on the tablet while we were still eating, so i said No. We got our food 10mins after, you coming to asked us if we already paid? What??? Idk! Idk what else to say. I was kinda annoyed. It was unbelievable. I still give him Tip, no matter what. For his effort i guess."

"I had lunch with an old friend at this Olive Garden location in Muskegon. I hadn’t been to an Olive Garden for a long time, but it was quite pleasant. The decor was Italianesque, and everything was in good shape. The staff was friendly and paid attention to detail, especially helpful when someone in your party has some details they’re very particular about. The food was decent quality. My eggplant parmigiana was very good, and it wasn’t too greasy. This location of the Olive Garden lived up to my expectations of the chain."

"I ordered from their takeout/ To-go menu. The food was okay. I don't think much effort was put into portion size for takeout as they do for when you dine in. I hardly got any salad. The container had more red onions in there than lettuce (I forgot to take a picture before throwing out the onions when I got home). I like the flavor the onions add to the salad, but it needed more lettuce. I actually love their famous house salad, but this order was not up to standard when it came to portion size at all. Next time, I'll just dine in, you'll get more for your money when you do. My order also had a $6 take-home fettuccine Alfredo dish as well (not shown in the pictures), which I ate the next day."
