"Absolute worse customer service. I tried to place an order for pick up the lady answered the phone told me to wait and placed me on hold. No big deal, then the phone call reconnected and I could hear background noise I had said hello a few time before hanging up and dialing again. Once I called back the same lady answered and gave me the worse attitude as I asked what had happed she said she was putting in my number… for 3 minutes? And couldn’t have told be that that was what she was doing? So I hung up and won’t be ordering from anyone who can just be that rude."

"Server was awesome! She did amazing and got a 10$ tip on a 38$ order. Everything just needs a little work. Food was either dry or way overcooked. 3$ for a soda is a bit extreme"

"First time here, and I enjoyed it. Got the chocolate pancakes. They were delicious. Also had the handheld biscuit sandwich was okay. But the biscuit was falling apart. It was also new on the menu. The server was very polite and nice. I will be going back to try some other stuff on the menu."

"Me and my dad have been regulars for almost 2 years now and I always ordered the Cinnamon Supreme Hotcakes and they no longer have that on the menu. Today when I went they made it for me and that was awesome because I have been wanting it and nobody else's Cinnamon pancakes compare to theirs. The service is always amazing here and I loved the special treatment. Thank you guys!"

"Service was okay, they are clearly under staffed. We didn't have a server for like 5-10 mins after sitting down. We had to go ask for one. When we finally got ervice, our server was very friendly and did her best despite being pulled in many different directions. Food was on par with any other Bob Evans."
