"Made an appointment for 2pm and showed up on time. I had recieved both an email and a text message encouraging me to check in from my car as part of a "wait where you're comfortable" service that also stated I'd recieve a text message when it was my turn. I used this service and double then triple checked that I was checked in. After 20 minutes I went in and watched 3 people come in after me and be helped, but no one was at the front desk for me to ask for help. Finally caught someone about 30 minutes after my appointment time and it turns out they called my name but never sent me a text. Took 45 minutes for me to be seen. Here's the thing, in anticipation for a drug screen I made sure I was hydrated and by the time I got back to take the test I was miserable. Also, why offer services if they don't work? Very frustrating."

I came in then checked in on the tablet, sat down, they asked for my driver's license, then they called me in the back and I finished my drug screen. All the workers present were definitely efficient and had great customer service!"
