"Today's service was horrible. It took 2 hours to receive our order of 1 pizza and 2 sodas. Ordered online and it said it was out for delivery and didn't arrive for another hour. Called them and young man answered the phone had no clue where our pizza was. Pizza finally arrived COLD and sodas WARM. Very unhappy this time"
"I have been ordering from B.C pizza for years! And steadily over the years everything has been declining, and it’s not just one area either. I live in the city within 3 miles of the store and delivery’s take 45-90 minutes. As well as there’s been so much sauce on the pizzas and they literally are just a pile of sauce and toppings slopped together. I’ve ordered 3 desert pizzas( one of each flavor) and you might as well get a bowl and spoon out to eat it. I absolutely hate little Caesars hot and readys but they’re starting to a considerable option. Note, I know they came under new management but these issues have persisted and it’s definitely not what it used to be years ago. It’s used to taste like decent hot and fresh pizza should but now I feel like a factory is just throwing it together now. Note! ( this is my 27th order this year)"
"The delivery driver is AWESOME! Very friendly and very nice, but I’m not sure why I always get my toppings and cheese just in a pile in the center of the pizza. Personally I would like to get a pizza with cheese and topping covering the whole pizza. But either way still good food. :)"
